& Emergency Departments~ It is implied that
you will allow secure and authorized access to

injury or reduce your discomfort on the scene of
your medical emergency.
2. Other HealthCare Providers~ In addition to
allowing EMS Providers access to your data, you
will have the option to share your information
online with any participating EmergiLink
HealthCare Provider including; Physicians, Nurses,
Dentists, Clinics and Hospitals. All participating
Healthcare Providers are considered “Access
Points” to the EmergiLink Membership Database. The
same strict safeguards will be in place with all
participating HealthCare Providers. In a
non-emergency situation, you will always have the
right to personally grant permission for an Other
HealthCare Provider to access your secure data
online. Some of these safe guards in place include
but are not limited to; data encryption, firewall
protection, audit trails and the use of usernames
and passwords to securely search the EmergiLink
Membership Database for your Membership
Profile.
We periodically employ third parties to perform
various functions on our behalf. Such functions
may include, for example, web site hosting, data
analysis, marketing research, processing credit
card payments and providing customer service. The
third parties performing such functions will have
limited access to your personal information solely
as may be necessary for them to perform such
functions.
